Summer adventures

We bought movie tickets again this summer. I was a little worried since we had Harrison this summer but he did great and just slept strapped to me the whole time.  The older kids loved it and enjoyed the movie and their popcorn.

We also enjoyed some summer swimming and grilling with friends a few times. The kids would swim while parents grilled dinner. It was stressful at times meeting everyones needs at once since Jeremy often couldn't make it in time from work. But it was worth it to spend time with friends and enjoy the summer nights.

Emory has really started to become a little fish this summer. He can climb along the side of the pool all the way up to the waterfall, drop into the water then swim back to the stairs all by himself!! I was holding my breath the whole time because it didn't look pretty but he made it! He has loved swimming without floaties while an adult is in the pool.

McKelle can now jump into the pool without holding someones hands the whole time. She'll even jump into the waterfall all by herself. Brave little fish.
